Quality Management
At Braincess, we work with your suppliers to design and
implement quality management systems. The following are the key areas that we
address:
"The art of quality management focused on setting quality
objectives and specifying necessary operational processes and related
resources to fulfill quality objectives." – ISO 9000. In this area, we
specify which procedures and resources will be necessary to ensure that the
quality requirements are met prior to beginning production.
The operational techniques and activities that we use to
fulfill the quality requirements. We work with our clients to determine
adequate sample sizes as well as tolerance levels.
Through ongoing quality control tests, we can begin to
understand where established procedures may need to be modified. Our quality
assurance program analyzes these issues and determines how to change the
process for improved performance
Braincess will document all manuals, procedures, and instructions to ensure
consistent
implementation of the quality process. These documents will serve as a
benchmark for
further improvement.
